Position Description:
This position will be responsible for break/fix repair of supermarket POS and IT computer equipment (Self Scan Lane Technology, Laser Printers, Laptops/Handhelds, etc.).
This position will include a company van, gas card, tools, and parts (all business use only).  The day-to-day activities will require traveling from store to store repairing down equipment as needed.  The position will rotate on call every other week requiring the technician to be “On Call” 24/7 for that week for critical issues.  This will require some weekend and after hours OT as needed by the business.
Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of POS equipment (Scales, registers, computer systems)
  • Good customer service/people skills
  • Driver’s License and good driving record
