Duties: 
We are seeking an individual to build business intelligence (BI) dashboards for the SP&O function leveraging data. This person will deliver workable and efficient dashboards, automated reports, scattergrams, bar charts, pie charts, etc in Unidash and/or Tableau to enable goals and business performance tracking for the Media Partnerships organization.
 
This person will be interfacing with SP&O, data engineering, data science, possible key end users, and will need to be able to understand back end database structure, unidash and tableau interface, and requirements developed as part of the project. This person must display the ability to develop complex visualizations with filters, graphs, etc. They should have previous coding/scripting language experience
 
Skills: 

•  Design, develop and maintain BI and reporting solutions (e.g. reports, dashboards and self-service solutions) to provide better insights into data and enable goals tracking

•  Work with stakeholders to understand, interpret and analyze business needs and turn these requirements into value-add BI/reporting solutions

•  Unit test reports to verify that it meets the business requirements and the data is accurate

•  Identify, analyze and troubleshoot data issues, exceptions and discrepancies

•  Aggregate data from multiple data sources in an efficient manner

•  Support efforts to ensure data quality, integrity and security

•  Provide support on data and data platform related issues

•  Monitor performance and completions of automated processes and jobs
 
Work experience, skills and education

•  Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, finance, analytics or business. Equivalent work experience with SQL/BI/report development may be substituted for education.

•  Experience in database design, data analysis and reporting

•  Experience in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures

•  Knowledge of data governance, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation, data analysis, data migration, data integration and data mapping

•  Experience building reports with report builder tools

•  Experience with a scripting/templating language (ex. Python, JavaScript, JINJA)

•  Demonstrated experience building dashboards with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Unidash, Tableau)

•  Work independently, prioritize tasks in a multi-task fast paced environment.

•  Passion for solving complex business problems by designing high quality, elegant but simple solutions
 
Education

•  BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics/Math, Business or related field

•  5+ years of work experience in Analytics, or 3+ years experience with MBA/Master's degree

•  2+ years of experience in SQL

•  Experience with a scripting/templating language (ex. Python, JavaScript, JINJA)

•  Demonstrated experience problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data

•  Demonstrated experience in presenting technical content across different stakeholder audiences

•  Excel, Unidash and Tableau experience

•  Experience or familiarity with CRM platforms (ex. Salesforce, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM)
