* Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
* May require a bachelor's degree in a related area
* Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of complicated tasks
* May lead and direct the work of others
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Job Requirements




• 6+ years of experience in a similar role

• They will be working very heavily with the development teams and need to have previously worked on application development projects

• Responsible for creating and writing user stories from scratch and in bulk-so need to have a strong background in this from previous roles

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs

• Must be strong and able to clearly articulate experience creating user stories and writing them from scratch

• Understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team

Preferred Skills:


• Airline or travel industry background
