Overview:

The purpose for this work is to update documentation templates that are used to collect form data that feeds downstream into core business processes, tools, and systems

 

Responsibilities:

-Utilizes 3rd party software to modify, update, and re-release templates/forms that are the key starting point to business operations

-Works with existing document repositories and share folders

-Interviews the business SME to understand the business process objective, approvals, oversight, controls and opportunities

-Interacts with subject matter experts to ensure no interruption to business work flows and operations

-Participates in daily team Agile Scrum meetings and performs tasks as necessary to ensure deliverable timelines are met

-Interacts with internal and external customers as needed

-Assists in gathering data for testing

-Works with business users to perform UAT testing

 

Requirements:

-Ability to work effectively with non-technical and technical resources at various levels of the organization

-Strong professional documentation and communication skills

-Ability to deliver assigned tasks in a fast paced environment

-Understanding of UAT testing process

 

Preferred Requirements:

-Experience or understanding of Agile principles

-Familiarity with Business Requirement Documentation and Process Work Flows
