Business Purpose:

Solicit, document and validate business and system requirements to support Non-SunTrust Worker (NSW) project.


Team Size:

Cross functional team, interacts with an overall SunTrust project team ~ 15.


Must Have Skills:

'1. Proven ability to solicit, understand, and document business and system requirements.

2. Proven experience developing requirements and working with developers on application integrations (real-time and batch)

3. Excellent verbal and written skills - ability to effectively communicate at leadership and team level.


Nice to Have Skills:

'1. Vendor Management System or Contingent Labor Project Experience

2. HP ALM (Quality Center)

3. Strong Excel skills (large data sets, vlookups, pivots, macros.


Prior Experience Needed:

Business analyst experience > 5 years.  Need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal guidance, based on their experience with prior VMS, contingent labor, or application integration projects. 



'Responsible for soliciting, understanding, documenting, and confirming business and system requirements. 


Responsible for loading final business and system requirements into HP ALM (Quality Center).


Responsible for transforming business and system requirements into detailed test cases.


Responsible for loading final test cases into HP ALM(Quality Center).


Responsible for reviewing historic requirements documentation, from prior year projects, and incorporating where appropriate with current year requirements.
