Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to provide support for a game studio in Redmond, reporting to the Business Operations Manager. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail orientated, motivated, process driven and has a passion for customer service and serves others with a friendly and approachable attitude. We are looking for someone who can work independently but also knows when to speak up when needed.
  • Provide contract hiring support
  • Provide general support for the Business Operations team
  • Contract hiring end to end
    • Drafting and reviewing Statement of Work templates
    • Accurately process Statement of Work contracts for approvals and signatures
    • Create purchase orders & submit for approvals
  • Clear communication with internal clients & external suppliers
  • Partner with Admin & IT team for contractor onboarding and offboarding
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement contract requests processing and execution
  • Complete special projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills
  • 3-5 years of industry experience (must be relevant in the past 4-5 years)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products
    • Will need to work daily in Outlook and Excel
  • Necessary to work independently in an extremely fast paced environment with minimum supervision
    • 80% of time working independently on contract hiring lifecycle
  • Quick learner and resourceful with internal documentation to resolve issues
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills especially in ambiguous scenarios
  • Exercise sound judgment with maturity, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in every transactions
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong ability to use good judgement and flexibility when prioritizing and juggling multiple projects at the same time
  • Team player – collaborate with Business Operations team daily to provide full coverage for Studio needs

  • Experience in SharePoint management preferred
  • Prior Microsoft experience strongly preferred
    • Familiarity with MS internal tools: MyOrder, MSInvoice, CIM, Legal Contract Hub, Docusign,
  • Familiarity with scrum
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred
