Business Analyst Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst who can gather important information needed to generate requirements, use cases, business process models, and other artifacts necessary to document the changing business IT landscape of our client. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves client processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop comprehensive use cases at the application and multi-application levels
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to ensure quality and delivery of all work products
  • Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related technical field
  • 5+ years of associated work experience
  • Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Detailed analytical abilities
  • Strong experience in user testing and requirements management
