Pay Rate: $38.00/HR 
Highly preferred experience: semiconductor processing or CPU/ GPU basics
This position requires a combination of purchasing/Supplier management acumen with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply issues to achieve outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate must have strong analytical capabilities, planning and supply chain management (or asset management) expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve material issues. The candidate will be a creative problem solver who is passionate about building and maintaining an innovative service parts supply chain to deliver outstanding customer service 
Specific Job Description: 
Compile/Verify contract manufacturer pull plan
  • Drive on-time delivery of weekly pull plan update
  • Aggregate pull plan into a master template to ensure it aligns with forecast
  • Work with cross functional team to verify pull plans
  • Communicate with contract manufacturers to adjust pull plans if necessary

Compile/verify purchase orders (POs)
  • Ensure POs placed by each contract manufacturer cover every part’s lead time
  • Aggregate PO quantity and ensures its alignment with forecast
  • Communicate with CMs to adjust POs if necessary

Supply Communication
  • Drive supplier to provide weekly shipment plan on time
  • Verify supply plan vs. each contract manufacturer's input plan
  • Aggregate supply plan to check vs. Forecast
  • Design analytical models to identity gaps, risks and opportunity

Shortage reporting
  • Create executive reporting on key supply risks
  • Escalate in weekly shortage meetings and drive solutions

Contract manufacturer on hand inventory analysis
  • Reconcile shipment data with on hand inventory to understand pull strategy
  • Optimize inventory holding costs with business operations team

  • Design monthly spend analytics across suppliers

  • Drive new part process set up across the operations team
