JOB SUMMARY 
Needs to have deep Oracle CC&B functional experience and be able to design in Java, CC&B Configuration tools, and define CC&B configuration to meet business objectives.  Needs to be able to research existing customizations to determine how to introduce the changes leveraging as much of base and existing customizations as possible.  Multi-jurisdiction experience would be a benefit.  Capable of eliciting, understanding and instantiating a complete solution to business problem.  Integrates the analysis of business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to design and implement solutions. 
There are a number of projects in need of designers, so based on functional experience we will decide which the designer gets assigned to.  Possible projects:  AMI, Complex billing replacement (SB), CCB Upgrade (including COBOL rewrites to Java), and many miscellaneous projects.
We are currently on CC&B v 2.4 with an upgrade to 2.6 or 2.7 planned.  Our CC&B instance supports 3M customers across 6 Gas Utility companies in 2 time zones.  Most of the business is located in Naperville, and some in Atlanta.  The bulk of CC&B designers and expertise is in Naperville.
What are the must-have skills?
CC&B functional experience, deep understanding of CC&B configuration, Java design experience, CC&B Configuration Tools experience,  CC&B development experience, CC&B testing experience, scripting, strong communication and analytical skills, able to explain CC&B in business terms, Microsoft Office?
