Apex Systems has a long term contracted, Change Analyst opportunity with one of the largest companies in South Florida. The client is looking for an individual with Prosci-Adkar methodology experience. I have given a brief description of the role below:
The change analyst will:
  • Work with project teams to complete change management assessments and identify needed strategy and change management activities; goal to support adoption of the changes
  • Work with M&C to design, develop, deliver and manage communications to both FCG employees and customers
  • Work with project teams and vendors to provide input, document training needs and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Work with leadership to recommend overall strategies with a focus to identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics; this may include tracking and reporting issues and reporting on metrics to measure change progress
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
