Pay Rate: Competitive Based on Experience  
Job Duties and Responsibilities:


• Assume responsibility for change management for in-flight multi-track Roadmapping and SAFe transformation projects. 

• Interface with project track teams, understand change impacts, coordinate change management activities across all tracks. 

• Coordinate across projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of change management activities. 

• Manage training development resource to develop content; manage review process with team members. 

• Create communications per plan and manage review and delivery process. 

• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders. 

• Come up with Change Strategy and Management plan, including: 

• Change Impact assessment and recommendations by stakeholders 

• Establishing success metrics, communication strategy, and training plan 

• Assessing business readiness and defining ongoing governance

• Leading and managing others: coaching & mentoring, managing across organizational boundaries, and hosting meetings/ team facilitation. 

• Collaboration: effective communication, stakeholder relationship management, enabling trust to develop agreements, fostering and building collaborative environments, stakeholder analysis & management 

• Understanding, designing and applying processes: issue management, managing quality of project deliverables, risk management 

• Understanding the business: cost and budget management, strategic planning and goal alignment 

Education/Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree required: Business, HR, or related field 

• Master’s degree preferred 

• 5-8 years of experience required, 8-10 years of experience preferred 

• Experience with industry-accepted Change Management methodology required. 

• Knowledge of SAFe, Agile, and Product/Project Management frameworks preferred. 

Skills: 

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) 

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) 

• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc. (Required)
