Title: Change Manager
 
Location: San Antonio, TX
 
Contract Length: 6-12 month contract
 
Day to Day:
 

• Working with stakeholders, SH analysis.

• Communication and engagement planning.

• Will ask them to follow his methodology – loosely based on Prosci with some Kotter principles. 

• Conduct training assessments, but not looking for them to deliver training.

• Very structured, hierarchical organization – someone that can navigate that type of environment.

• Presentations to Executives/Sr. Level leadership. 

• Each team has a change management lead, so this person will really be doing anything that is necessary. 

• They have the tools, framework, and instructions, just need people that will go get it done. 

• MS Office Suite. 
 
Requirements: 

- Change practitioner/manager with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience implementing change.
- Experience with technology – two should have O365 (winner is if they’ve been through implementations of these). If not, someone that has experience with large-scale roll-outs of new technology. 
o O365 candidates – knowledgeable in technology – if need to explain, can do a self-knowledge transfer – able to work with the tools, not someone that knows everything about system configuration.
- Excellent public speaking skills. 
- Attention to detail. 
- Positive, go-getter attitude. 
- Strong work ethic.
