Job Summary:

Supports a District Construction team by assisting with project forecasting and tracking, database management, documentation, and logistics. Serves as a liaison with Project Management reporting on inspections, subcontracting, progress, and delays. Proactively identifies and works to resolve any site issues that may impede the project delivery.

 Essential Job Functions:

  • Updates tracking system(s) to ensure that project status is maintained with complete accuracy and all documentation is on file.
  • Creates and distributes correspondence relevant to the team, crew or customer (internal and external).
  • Communicates all issues in a timely manner to Construction Manager prior to reaching critical status.
  • Collaborates with construction manager and resolves all queries for construction progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at site.
  • Develops and maintains accurate and complete files for sites and projects; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.
  • Manages various office tasks such as ordering supplies and preparing packages for shipment.
  • Assist construction manager and prepare work schedule for all projects, assist in closeout/punchwalk process, and ensure projects are closed appropriately.
  • May require site visits.
  • Prepare construction progress reports for all projects regularly.
  • Maintain communication with contractors, construction managers, and project managers.

Reports to:  Implementation Manager

Working Conditions:  Works in a normal office setting with occasional site visits.
