Content Manager
Downtown Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description: 
Application Platform & Services (APS) is looking for a skilled technical program manager / architect / business analyst to join the Document and Content Management Service team. This is a critical service relied upon by 20,000+ internal and external users who need to create, capture, manage, store, retrieve, and archive electronic content and documents. 

Top 3 Skills:
•   Software development (Java / Spring, C#, or C++)
•   Content and/or Document management experience
•   Automated testing / QA (test driven development, continuous integration, Jenkins, git)

•   Contribute to the long term vision and strategy of the Document and Content Management Service
•   Oversees development and support of enterprise level content management solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms
•   Understands business needs and future trends and develops strategic product/service roadmap offerings for the service
•   Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients / users
•   Develops and manages budget
•   Maintains relationships with external vendors
•   Assists with the performance, development and coaching of staff

•   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and skills.
•   5+ years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level document and content management systems (e.g. Opentext Documentum, IBM Filenet, Alfresco, Crafter, Kofax, ABBYY Flexicapture, etc.). 
•   Experience interacting with and supporting end users.
•   Ability to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
•   Ability to work well within a team oriented environment.
•   Strong analytic, problem solving, and decision-making skills
•   Strong passion for technology and ability to learn and adapt quickly to a complex systems environment.

Highly Desired
•   Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and skills.
•   Enterprise-level systems design and implementation experience
•   Software development experience in a common enterprise language (Java, C++, C#).
•   Highly proficient in data modeling
•   Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and thorough understanding of virtualization technologies.
•   A belief in communicating openly, listening to others' ideas, and collaborating to arrive at great solutions.
•   A mindset of continuous learning – from other people, from the web, from user groups.
•   Exhibits knowledge/expertise with multiple development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and full SDLC in a large enterprise wide environment
