Global med device company in Irvine is seeking Proofreaders to join their growing team!
Job Funtions:
  • Execute labeling verification activities by proofreading labeling against input documents, master mark-up(e.g., redlines) and specification for implementation accuracy and formatting (e.g., layout and typeface) based on labeling process and procedure
  • Execute improvement tasks and solutions identified by management
  • Participate process improvements activities

  • Must pass annual visual acuity evaluation
  • Basic computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of following processes and procedures
  • Ability to sustained focus on repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work efficiently within schedule deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally with contacts outside own organization
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the group
  • Ability to build stable working relationships internally
  • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Education and Experience:
  • HS Diploma required 2+ years experience proofreading medical/pharma (preferred)
