Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience with Enterprise CRM Platforms (MS Dynamics, Salesforce or Siebel)
  • Strong analytic skills - SQL skills when analysis requires data research.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to be able to clearly and consistently communicate with various levels of users and Lines of Business
  • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Development, SDLC and regulatory compliance needs as they pertain to banking applications
  • Must be able to translate customer requests into actionable requirements
