Position: Cupid Analyst

Location: Fort Mill, SC or Winston-Salem, NC

Terms: 3 month C2H



Certified in application, and certifications are active and up-to-date. Provides problem solving and implementation skills, and/or as a team member to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems. Ensures that all systems are fully tested before implementation into production. Documents and describes complex processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments. Trains and educates users on system functionality and capability. Provides mentoring and training in the areas of system analysis & design, specification development and documentation, end user training and client methodologies. Provides 24x7 application support on rotation as needed. Years


Experience: 2-5. Experience: Relies on some experience to plan and accomplish tasks. Leadership/Contributions: May lead junior resources. Reports to: Manager. Advanced Degree or Certifications: Maybe.


Other Notes:

-Person can sit in either Fort Mill or Winston Salem

-Looking for resource mainly focused on Cupid but if they have Radiant or Optime certification that is okay too

-Looking for a Analyst that can come in as backfill for support purposes, work requests, incident resolution, etc.

-'Keep the lights on' role at first but will ready will bring them up to speed on cupid expansion as they go along
