Customer-facing Program Manager
Location: Remote; occasional travel 
Long-term Contract; high probability of Contract to Hire

  • Must have 10+ years of experience managing large projects, customer accounts and service delivery; preferably in IT, large-scale deployments or field services
  • Ability to manage customer questions and escalations with patience and professionalism 
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and assist coordinating with cross-functional teams; ability to oversee multiple simultaneous workstreams 
  • Proven ability in developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships
  • Ability to provide communication, status updates and track answers for senior-level executive customers 
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other and software
  • Project Management or PMI Certification preferred
