As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a dual role - part problem solver, part decision maker. In this role, you'll...

  • Support store sales growth of company tender and Rewards programs and educate customers on the programs and their available benefits.
  • Answer account questions and locate account numbers for cardholders shopping in stores while providing an unmatched customer experience.
  • Use your financial and credit knowledge to review/process requests for account maintenance, status updates, payments, errors and letter requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding online enrollment, passwords, sign-on issues and other online-related questions.
  • Assist customers who are responding to store event invitations and other marketing-related activities.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices and maintaining a clean, safe and accident-free work environment that complies with all safety rules.

You own this if you have…

  • Have a minimum of six months of relevant call center, customer service, financial services, or office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Use your independent judgment and your analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills when making credit-granting decisions.
  • Use discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive data.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and know your way around the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Can work both independently and on a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment because you are results-oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to balance multiple tasks with changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Embrace working a flexible schedule, which can include nights and weekends.
