Reports To:  Customer Service Manager
SUMMARY
Determine customers’ requests and needs, provide customer service with specialized information, and assist customers with orders and securing services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing orders
  • Receive/Input orders
  • Production follow-up
  • Manager revisions
  • Follow through with shipments
  • Schedule transportation
  • Close out and file orders
  • Deduction follow up, including post audits
  • Film reviews monthly
  • Understand customer specific systems
  • Accrual management
  • EDI
  • Customer specific set up
  • External forms
  • Internal system set-up
  • Diagnose and determine customer issues, cause of issues, make recommendations, and communicate changes.
  • Perform a variety of office support functions: Answering phones, screening and channeling calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, producing labels, form and routine letters, verifying completeness of applications and forms, maintaining record keeping systems, compiling data and preparing reports.
  • Be able to manage information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Possess knowledge of department programs and services
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments
  • Organize and maintains efficient workflow scheduling in line with 'customer' needs
  • Quality statement – Provide and deliver quality services to customers and vendors
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
  • High School graduate or equivalent, with specialized training in customer service work, public relations, business organization, and management.
  • Must have PC knowledge, including Word, Excel, and order-processing systems.

Experience:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English and be able to read and understand technical and non –technical documents as they relate to the sales of and contracts of the company’s product. This includes the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • 3-5 years customer service experience required with consumer products and varied administrative-secretarial duties
