Apex has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role in the Lincoln, RI area. This is a 6+ month contract to hire position and the pay rate is flexible depending on experience. Here are the details:

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lincoln, RI

Rate: negotiable depending on experience
Duration: 4-6+ month contract to hire
Position Description:
Provides telephone coverage in accordance with position description and in adherence to the claims call-coaching scorecards. Actively works to increase product knowledge- utilizes KM and the resources on the SCO Claims MOSS site.
Required Skills:
  1. Must secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses
  2. Requires regular weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
