Job Title: Retail Customer Service Rep

 

Hiring Company: Apex Systems

 

Location: E Caley Ave, Englewood, CO 80111

 

Pay: $15.00 per hour (Paid weekly!)

 

Job duration: 3 months with possibility to go perm

  • Start dates are April 2nd and April 16th
  • Must be able to pass background check 1 week prior to the slated start date

 

Hours: 40 hours/week, 6am- 2pm or 2pm- 10pm 9, potentially any day of the week

  • The more flexible you are the more likely to get hired

 

Job Summary:

  • A major retailer is updating their systems to send their rewards certificates digitally instead of through snail mail (USPS)
  • Starting May 11, 6 million cards will be migrated to a digital format, emails go out each night to customers and the client is anticipating an increase in call volume
  • Mostly inbound calls will be taken by the customer service reps, answering questions.
  • Some outbound calls are possible to update customer’s emails if they get bounce back.
  • Paid training will be provided

 

Preferred Skills:

  • 6 months of high call volume experience
  • Strong communication & customer service skills (this retailer is known for having very good customer service)
  • Comfortable being on the phone and in front of a computer

 

Hiring Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass criminal background check investigation (no exceptions)

 

Interview/Screening process:

  • Conversation with an Apex recruiter followed by a meet and greet with the recruiter via Skype or FaceTime video
  • After the meet and greet, a 15 minute in-person interview at our local Apex Systems office.
  • These are the interview times available:
    • Thurs 3/8- 10am- 12pm, and 2pm- 6pm
    • Fri 3/9- 8am-6pm
    • Mon 3/12- 10am- 6pm
    • Tues 3/13- 8am-6pm
    • Wed 3/14-  8am-6pm
