Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Hiring Company: Apex Systems

Location: Draper, UT 

Job duration: long term, open-ended contract with possible conversion if successful

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday (8 AM- 4:30 PM)

  • Must be flexible
  • Overtime as needed
  • Schedules can change but not without notice.

Requirements: Must be able to fluently speak Portuguese and English

Job Summary:

Provide front end non-technical support for internal and external customers. Follows call handling procedures to ensure excellence in customer service.

 

Principal responsibilities include:

  • Create, research and update service requests.
  • Route service requests to appropriate product support teams.
  • Interface with Global support teams and Field personnel.
  • Inspect and influence global process alignment for incident management.
  • Implement escalation procedures as required.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass criminal background check investigation (no exceptions)
  • Must be able to pass a drug test (no exceptions)

Interview/Screening process:

  • Conversation with an Apex recruiter followed by a 1 minute typing test
  • A 2 question customer service worksheet
  • If resume is selected by the hiring manager, you will be asked to come in for an in-person interview
