Description: Digital Technology Floorspace Data Analyst

The Digital Technology Floorspace Data Analyst will interface with leaders across the division to keep accurate records of current floorspace assignments, administrate seating assignment transfers, and create associated reports.

Job responsibilities
* Plan and administer seating assignments for United Digital Technology employees and contractors
* Maintain up to date and accurate records of seating assignments
* Support planning and execution of seating reconfigurations (e.g. re-stacking of workgroups, consolidating team members to a single work area, etc.)
* Create and analyze reports related to seating and floor space (e.g. utilization rates)
* Physically inspect workspaces at Willis Tower to verify seating assignments
* Interact with key stakeholders to solve space issues and advocate for floor space on behalf of United Digital Technology
* Contribute to meetings related to floor space needs and analysis

Required skills / experience
* Calm, professional demeanor
* Ability work and make decisions independently
* Well-organized
* Ability to interact with leaders at all levels of Uniteds Digital Technology organization
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to use formulas, create reports using multiple data sources)
* Previous experience in record keeping / data entry

Preferred skills / experience
* Customer service experience
* Process improvement experience
* Corporate real-estate administration experience
