Description: Data Analyst/Social Media Manager
As a member of the team, this individual thrives in a fast-paced, social-first environment. The ideal candidate will help define and deliver industry-leading analytics and insights to capture, analyze and translate social data into actionable business insights that the company needs to make real-time decisions. These analytics include but are not limited to, executive level recommendations, creative review and campaign strategy & performance. 

We are looking for a self-professed data and analytics guru with an ability to translate this passion into rich insights for the social media team, key leaders and core business partners all while helping lead and teach the other analysts around you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide detailed analytics ranging from audience segmentation to publishing strategy and beyond. 

• Partner with social media agency partnerships for all reporting including on-demand, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. 

• Deliver reports on demand to identify trends within social to supply leadership with the data needed to change the industry. 

• Monitor and report on and relative position against competitors and leading brands in the social sphere. 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, refine, create and deliver social marketing reports and insights to drive their business initiatives. 

• Partner closely with the Customer Support, CRM and Consumer Insights teams to leverage and integrate social media data into a holistic view of the customer. 

• Work closely with analysts as passionate as you are to ensure the social media team is providing the most insightful and actionable data possible. 

• Bring ideas and experience for new partnerships and insights that can build value across the business 

• Use your creativity and analytic skills to help determine social trends in earned consumer engagement as well as Brand campaign data. 

• Be a leader within the team with the ability to share your knowledge and help advise other analysts
