Apex Systems is seeking a highly qualified DATA Analyst or a fortune 500 company located in Brecksville, OH. Title: Data Analyst (entry-level)

Location: Brecksville, OH

Length: Long term contract

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Experience developing in JAVA, SQL and/or .NET
  • Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and local systems such as SAP and internal web pages
  • Ability and experience analyzing Data and databases.
  • Statistical analysis and knowledge of statistical software (Statgraphic or Minitab) is considered a plus


  • Effectively organizes data and information by collecting it through multiple software programs and systematically transferring and organizing it into Microsoft Excel. The data consists of various graphs, charts, and values and specific direction is given on how, what, and where the data needs to be transferred to.
  • Utilizes SAP system to gather batch history and quality information and run reports as necessary to further collect and analyze data.
  • Manages SharePoint sites.
  • Continuously identifies areas to enhance reporting or data management.
  • •Streamlines processes to gain efficiencies in order to reduce the amount of time to gather, compile, organize, analyze, and confirm accuracy of the data
  • Works with customers to make suggestions for improvements or offer other capabilities.
  • Provides accurate interpretation, compilation, and entering of data in the required computer system.
  • Delivers proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity to multiple technical disciplines who are involved with the larger overall project.
  • Stores correct information in the desired database locations.
  • Manages additional responsibilities including troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular updates, and retrieval of data, as and when required.
  • Consistently audits data to ensure it is error free and accurate.
  • Regularly checks in with customers to ensure data is meeting their needs and expectations.


  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required
  • High School diploma- REQUIRED
