Technical Analyst (contract to hire)


• >2 years experience with project management.

• >5 years experience with data analysis, data procurement, and data integration.

• >5 years hands-on development experience with data extraction from various database systems. At a minimum, familiar with MS and Oracle databases.

• >5 years hands-on experience with money movement data formats (i.e. NACHA).

• Familiar with data feeds from mainframe systems and hands-on in orchestrating mainframe feeds into modern database systems.

• Hands-on experience with NoSQL, AWS, pub/sub, MQ, real time system design

Job description

• Analyze data requirements from Fraud program partners to identify best commercial and technical approach to obtain sample data set and BAU.

• Work closely with Fraud program partners to source data from different vendor and internal platforms and deliver the data based on specification.

• Evaluate ISV for Fraud technology and assist technology management in identifying fit for purpose solutions to requirements.

• Work closely with business partners to distill business concepts into technical requirements to ensure objectives are accurately captured.

• Work with Enterprise Data Architect in designing data consumption models for efficacy and efficiency, this includes target operating model in supporting of the consumers.

• Work with other technology partners to ensure data requests are appropriately captured on delivery roadmap, reflecting business needs.

• Hands-on develop ETL components.

• Verbal and writing reporting on technology progress via program work stream leads and PMs.
