Data Entry Analyst

6-12 month contract

San Antonio, TX

 

Purpose:

•Team utilizes access tables and other applications to handle employees' broadband services while upholding the highest quality and customer service

•Ensure end user experience satisfaction meets client requirements and expectations

•Develop a Strategic Partnership and assist with overall project planning and guidance

 

Preferred Experience:

•Access Tables

•Telecom Expense Management

•Previous experience interacting with internet service providers

•Highest level of customer service

•Strong communication

 

Scope:

•Providing additional support to broadband team within IT

•Provide strong customer service to internal customers and external parties

 

Objectives:

•Handle broadband support issues including New Installs, Disconnects and Break/Fix activities

•Ensure that quality meets clientcriteria

•Provide a services support team based upon service level objectives
