Inputs information from a variety of sources into a database. Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness. Requires strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. Perform work under various time-sensitive situations. 
Processes customer mail returned from USPS as undeliverable as addressed. Research for new address through internet searches or contacts the Financial Representative. Updates appropriate systems with new address information. 
Communicates with the Financial Representatives via phone or email notifications to secure information to process accurate updates 
Processes requests received from Financial Representatives, customers and business areas; reviews and determines proper action by updating appropriate systems accurately. (Siebel, Fadeplus, Policy Writer, Lifecomm, ALIS, Health Expert system)
