Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Support the effective delivery of reporting and analytics by ensuring a governed, consistent, and common view of customers and businesses exist within systems; 
  • Act as a champion for information quality within all platforms (PV, WCIS, etc.); 
  • Collaborate with WBS Data Office & Tools teams to ensure integrity of information within systems; 
  • Drive information quality improvements, surface underlying process issues, exert influence on change management, process engineering and LOB functions that result in data remediation; 
  • Collect and summarize feedback from WRS&I and LOB SME’s as it relates to systems of record to highlight common information quality and data challenges; 
  • Isolate common themes and drive near-term solutions via partnership with WBS and DMI;
  • Sustain a system of regular data quality testing and collaborate with WBS Data Office & Tools teams to resolve issues in underlying processes and technologies;
  • Document and create visibility of trusted source data locations for use in WRS&I analytic and reporting activity, and advocate for their usage and adoption across WRS&I analytics and reporting teams;
  • Partner across the Wholesale landscape to identify data quality best practices.

 

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering,

physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with Wholesale data/information systems (e.g.  WCIS, WDM, WCDIR, ProfitView) & other Wholesale specific systems of record;
  • 2+ years of experience working with Wholesale businesses (relationship groups, treasury management, credit, product groups, etc.);
  • Experience with third party data sources (e.g. D&B, CapIQ, PIERS);
  • Hands-on experience with SAS and/or SQL;
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and/or opportunities to improve upon information quality processes;
  • Have a strong desire and skills to creatively solve problems;
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize, implement and deliver on key business objectives;
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Translate complex analysis and insights into relevant discussions with diverse leaders and organizations.
