Database Administrator

San Francisco, CA

12 Month Contract


Work hours: M-F 8 AM to 5 PM




Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Analyzing large data sets and ensuring data integrity. Building SQL queries and analytics dashboards for revenue reporting. Accept and process applications from individual high-tech startups.


Additional Responsibilities: Some of your main responsibilities will be to automate revenue reporting and help build analytics that will be used to scale the business. You'll also support the Head of Business Development with administrative tasks as needed. Coordinate duties for multiple offices. Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies. Mentor new team members. Serve as a technical lead for and manager of small projects.


Required Skills:

  • -BA or BS degree (no specific field required)
  • -2-3 years of experience with SQL and large data sets with simple office automation / scripting skills
  • -2+ years’ experience in Operations and Analytical Role
  • -3+years of experience with project and program management skills as well


Nice to have Skills (not required):

  • -Proven experience in the software, internet and/or mobile industries.
  • -Experience working in a startup environment.
  • -Experience working for an incubator or accelerator.
  • -Creative problem-solving and analytical skills, plus good business judgment.
  • -Strong project and program management skills as well as excellent communication skills.
