Apex Systems has an opportunity for a Defined Benefits PM who will be supporting the Pension Administration group. The company is located in Natick, MA and this person will be required to work out of that location.  The opening is for a 6-month extendable contract, for a large company
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working within the Defined Benefits or Pension space.
Role:
This person will serve as project manager for multiple small to large projects.  They are supporting the project from start to finish. Responsible for meeting timelines, budget, quality and resource commitments for project(s).  Manage and coordinate project direction from beginning to end. This person will be working with cross-functioning teams.
Must Haves:
  • 2+ years of experience with Defined Benefits/Pension experience  ( NOT Defined Contributors)
  • Experience working in operations
  • Experience with excel. Need to be able to do some Data Analysis using excel/v-lookups ( SQL is not required)  
  • Project experience
  • Strong Communication
  • Analytical thinker  

 
Nice to Haves:
  • MS Project
  • SQL
  • Project Management exp. (This is the role, but they are more interested in someone who has the defined benefits exp., they can teach them Project Management.
