TITLE: Desktop Technician

CLIENT: Philanthropy 

Location: Palo Alto Initially then moving to Redwood City

DURATION: Permanent FTE (Benefits, 401K etc.)

Our client is growing exponentially and looking to bring on multiple Desktop Technicians with a variety of experience to join the team (Junior, Mid-level and Senior level). All Technicians must be extremely polished, well communicated, and able to effectively develop documentation and follow process.  Must be a people person, as this is a big people person shop with personalized touch required at all levels of the Help Desk.

  • 85% Macbook, 10% Windows 10 PC, 5% bare-metal Linux
  • Google:  G Suite, Google Drive with Team Drive features
  • Messaging:  Slack
  • Conferencing:  Zoom with Zoom Room features
  • Networking:  Cisco Meraki

  • Inventory:  Oomnitza

  • Collaboration, Confluence, Quip, Asana, Workplace
  • Antivirus:  Falcon CrowdStrike
  • Other Cloud Apps:  BambooHR, Greenhouse, Envoy
