This person will be assisting customers directly imaging/deploying PCs via instructions from an already established process. Please find the details below.

Desktop Support Technician Overview

Location: Itasca, IL

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $15-17/hr

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM 

 

Job Summary

Desktop Support Technician will follow instructions and work independently by following a process guide to complete a Windows deployment on Dell computers.

 

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 1 year of desktop support experience
  • Minimum 1 year of deploying computer equipment
  • Previous experience with imaging Windows Systems
  • Prior experience utilizing data and setting migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies
  • Proves customer service background
  • Commitment to the project for the entirety of it duration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis in customer service
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for an employment visa.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
