  • Responsible for providing second/third level technical support on various aspects of end user systems support, including PC Hardware and Software Support, Mobile Devices Support, and Video Conferencing Support


  • Point of technical escalation for the imaging, setup, and deployment of desktop and laptop computers and related PC Peripherals
  • Point of technical escalation for PC Software Installation, including Microsoft applications, Shrink-wrapped applications, development tools, and internal applications
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on specific technical systems
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Responsible for request fulfillment for and coordination with the Executive Leadership Team
  • Troubleshoot/Diagnose and escalate issues such as defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in system functions in the Windows environment
  • Documentation of standard processes and common incident resolutions
  • Lead Site Support efforts for small projects or internal initiatives
  • Create process and procedure documentation for Site Support functions
  • Support and deployment of both standard and non-standard corporate mobile devices
  • Support for video conference and audio-visual support for meetings and internal events
  • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant products offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solution to associates and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with associates of all levels
  • 24/7 On-Call Support


  • Minimum 7 years of computer hardware and software support experience in an enterprise environment
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Extensive experience with Virtual Computing Environments i.e. Citrix, VMWare required
  • Thorough understanding of Windows XP/ Win7 desktop OS
  • Excellent computer skills necessary in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of User and PC Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of distributed server environments
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure and client side architecture, software, networking concepts and technologies including: TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Experience supporting Mobile Devices and Video Conferencing Systems
  • Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult situations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities evidenced by organized and analytical thinking
  • Keen attention to detail, with a commitment to follow through and follow-up
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and interact with all types of clients including technology, business, management and executive management
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
