Our client is looking for candidates who will provide high touch, personalized service support to assist in the resolution of technical issues (hardware and software), answer technical questions, and help Sales Representatives navigate core processes within the sales environment.

Sales Representatives will engage Technical Concierge support through phone or email contact. 

Shift:Support will be provided Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Eastern, must have flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between these hours.

Pay: $15 - 18/hour starting (paid weekly)

Location: New Haven, CT 06518 

Contract Duration: 4 month contract to hire

Sales Technical Concierge support:

  1. Facilitate and coordinate all levels of support (Level 1-3), including but not limited to:
  • Video conferencing
  • Mobile devices such as corporate issued phones, and tablets
  • Application support for key, enterprise applications 
  • Advise on home office solutions
  1. Single point of contact for technology needs on currently supported devices, as well as liaison function for future requests and options
  2. Maintain professionalism and customer service to work with all levels of sales staff
  3. Provide general help and assistance in navigating core processes within the sales environment.
  4. Advocate on behalf of sales team to Information Technology department based on user input, data and metrics, and data trends
  5. Develop standard reports measuring performance
  6. In conjunction with leadership, develop customer satisfaction measures, and reporting needs
  7. Create training documents and updates based on questions raised

Qualifications:

  • Enterprise level technical support experience
  • Superb customer service and phone presence
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment
  • Fast typing ability
