Focuses on Customer service, Customer Relations, Leadership, Decision Making and Critical Thinking

Familiar with an incident management tool in the past to update incidents with proper case notes on a daily basis. (Remedy, Service Now, Etc.)

Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a deskside capacity daily with end-users. 

Active directory knowledge

OneDrive for Business (ODFB) client install knowledge

Configuration Manager (SCCM) knowledge

Office 365 knowledge will be an added advantage

Windows 7 and Windows 10 knowledge (Ability to assist users in working in either environment and handle Disk space optimization and File Synchronization issues)

MS SQL query knowledge will be an added advantage.
