Contract: 6 months to permanent
Clearance: Secret or Interim Secret
Certifications: Security +

The Desktop Support Technician will provide support to end users on a variety of issues.

  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Participates in the upgrading of operating systems and design of systems enhancements.
  • Determines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.

Preferred Experience:

  • Advanced Bit Locker Security Suite (or similar technology) 
  • Troubleshooting technical problems
  • Experience with Windows 10
  • Active Directory administration
  • Velocity Server Administration
  • Facilities Support Duties (UPS, HVAC etc.)
