Position:  DevOps Automation Development Lead

Length: Direct Hire

Salary: Negotiable upon experience

Perks: 18 days of PTO upon start


Position Summary:

We are looking for a senior developer who can take a leadership role in heading DevOps Delivery Pipeline development. This individual has extensive hands on experience in software development, is very familiar with CI/CD concepts, knows how automation works across of SDLC, knows GIT/Jenkins and related technologies and workflows. This individual should have excellent communication skills, understand the big picture as well as the details at the ground level, have a drive to learn new concepts and execute a vision into an actual product.



The primary responsibility of this individual will be to act as a hands on developer lead for the DevOps Delivery Pipeline code to include feature enhancements and  bug fixes, design and implement future changes to DDP, collaborate across IT with different teams to incorporate their automation with DDP, get regular feedback from developers and other users of the pipeline and also manage a small but skilled group of developers.



  • Java (hands-on development) 
  • Jenkins
  • GIT
  • Minimum of 12 years experience in IT (6+ years of management experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
