The Personalization team is rapidly growing, and we’re looking for passionate people to help us reach the next level.

Reporting to the Manager of Personalization & A/B Testing, the Personalization Strategist is responsible delivering Website Personalization and A/B Testing Experimentation, specifically: ideating/researching (20%), initiative coordination and delivery (30%), relationship/stakeholder management (30%), and reporting (20%).

In order to be successful in this role, a candidate should have/be:

? Personalization or A/B Testing experience (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, or similar)

? A strong passion for creating great user experiences and drive value for our customers

? Highly personable and collaborative in nature – a true team player!

? Demonstrably a critical thinker and self-starter – can find insights in data, and creative solutions to problems

? A solid understanding of how web technologies work

? A solid understanding of digital marketing and digital analytics

Hands-on experience with a Data Management Platform (DMP) is not required but would be an asset.

The Personalization Strategist will manage the Personalization and A/B Testing programs; acting as the coach for the organization; keeping current on best practices and applying them; and executing on revenue-generating opportunities.
