The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the Logistics team and will collaborate with internal and external business partners to successfully execute on program initiatives. You will be responsible for the coordination of all launch activities for our online shopping programs and will join an energetic, fast paced team that lives and breathes collaboration and creative problem solving.

The Team Leader will:

  • Develop team strategies and processes for the eCommerce  Logistics team
  • Manage team resources, hire/staff, mentor, enhance and maintain a best-of-class team through regular 1:1s, annual reviews and ad hoc coaching
  • Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the eCommerce Launch Logistics team
  • Work closely with regions and stores on the implementation and ongoing support of our online shopping experiences
  • Champion innovation and drive change
  • Ensure productivity in an ambiguous environment
  • Hold team members accountable to meet estimates and timeframes for all team’s tasks and deliverables
  • Develop long-term strategies and influence leadership decisions
  • Gather and summarize multiple Global and regional project statuses and details to communicate to a variety of audiences
  • Work closely with corporate and regional business partners to ensure the success of our eCommerce programs


The Team Leader Must Have/Be:

  • 3+ years retail experience strongly preferred, retail leadership experience a plus
  • 3+ years experience leading teams through medium to large scale cross functional projects
  • Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to oversee projects through to resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to develop processes which enhance the overall support of large scale programs
  • Ability to be flexible in a largely project-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
  • Excellent organization and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus on difficult issues
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate results
  • Experience with a variety of project management and communication tools, including Jira/Confluence, MS PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
  • Ability to balance demands of multiple work streams, concurrently
  • Independently manage time effectively and work without direct supervision
  • Patience, understanding, flexibility and a sense of humor are required
  • Ability to have fun and enable others to have fun while achieving results
