Position: Product Owner / Scrum Master
Location: Herndon, VA

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
Basic Qualifications :

• Experience as Agile Release Train Engineer, Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner

• Able to obtain and maintain DOD Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI and CI/Poly
Desired skills :

• Previous technical leadership experience on software development project(s)

• Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and processes

• Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools and techniques and
software development processes are highly desired skills for the job

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (TFS/Azure)
Years of Experience / Education:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with anywhere from 2-5 years of experience.
