Enterprise Service Desk Specialist (USMC) MID
 

Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk

Execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology Services

 

REQUIRMENTS:

1 year of experience in Information Technology, including 1 year of customer service experience in IT

CompTIA S+ or above required

Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance as a condition of employment
