Title: Epic Helpdesk Support Specialist

Location: Woburn, MA 

Duration: 1+ month contract

 

Must Haves:

  • 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience / High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • 1-2 years of Epic EHR application support experience
  • 1-2 years customer service support 
  • Demonstrate a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly, responsively, and purposely with customers and team members. 
  • Type 35 wpm with a high level of accuracy 
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace ever changing environment
  • Solid work experience with the ticketing system, Remedy
  • Solid work experience with the Cisco phone system
