SUMMARY 

Leads multiple cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex enterprise projects. Responsible for all aspects of project management and delivery.

Provides oversight and leadership to ensure that projects are completed on time. in budget. in scope and that the project objectives and ROI are met. 

The following is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties required of this position 

 

Works independently on large scale and complex enterprise projects. May lead multiple projects.---Responsible for all phases of project management. Ensures detailed project plans are created and used to manage milestones and dependencies. 

Provides frequent and effective communication to the project team and executive leadership. Works with the team to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Anticipates risks and works with the team to create mitigation plans. 

Escalates significant /blocking issues and risks to leadership when appropriate. Manages the project budget and actively works to resolve gaps. Works with project team and leadership to remove barriers to success.

 

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle to achieve project objectives. Encourages collaboration and ensures that all view points are represented and explored. 

Builds effective working relationships while holding team members accountable. 

Works to become a valued business partner with leadership.

When assigned a BPI project. leads business partners through BPI methodology. Works with team to review current process map create future process map analyze impact to other processes identify new stakeholders and define new process metrics as needed. 

Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and introduce them into future process maps.

Ensures projects are managed according to departmental standards. Educates project teams on these standards and works with ePMO leadership to constantly improve processes and deliverables.

Coaches other ePMO team members on the project team. Responsible for helping to build a sustainable and scalable ePMO team

Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred ---- 7+ years of experience in Project Management 

Required---Other Healthcare or Managed Care experience 

Preferred---Other Business Process Improvement experience

Preferred ---- Licenses and Certifications
