Enterprise Service Desk

 

Job Description:

In this position, you will be under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.

 

Requirements:

  • One (1) year experience in IT required
  • At least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT.
  • Experience with Remedy Ticket System
  • Certified in two (2) of the following:
    • CompTIA Security +
    • CompTIA A +
    • CompTIA Network +
    • CCNA
    • GSEC
    • SSCP
    • Vendor
  • Active/Interim Secret Clearance (or eligible to obtain one)
