Kronos/ E-Time Implementation Consultant- REMOTE!

Apex Systems is looking for a Kronos/ADP E-Time Implementation Consultant, with experience in the implementation of Kronos v6.3 or higher, for a remote assignment. Candidates should be skilled in the full lifecycle implementation of ADP Enterprise Time/Kronos 6.3. Candidates MUST have documented experience in requirements gathering, functional specification design, hands on configuration, creating test scripts/executing UAT testing for new client implementations.

You will focus on the Change Control requests sent in by the client to make adjustments and customizations to your assigned module (eTIME). Each project has a different timeline/SLA. This is not client implementation, but rather small adjustments to customizations within product.

 

Analysis & Consultation:

  • Conducts project initiation activities.
  • Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs-Responsible for development of design documents.
  • Provides professional consulting services in the areas of product/service customizations, business process, complex custom reports and special projects as related to implementation effort

 

Configuration / Integration:

  • Works and counsels with client on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions.
  • Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of client's data Validation
  • Builds client control information and oversees the pre- and post-implementation testing of products.-Oversees formal hand-off of system and operational services to other ADP departments/clients.
