Apex Systems, the 2nd largest IT Staffing Firm has a long term contract opening for an Executive Assistant with a Fortune 500 company based in Memphis, TN.  This is an excellent opportunity to start at the ground level and work your way up with in an awesome organization.  This role will be responsible to support 3 Vice President’s handling all of their administrative requests.

Client: Fortune 500 company.

Length: 1+ year rolling contract

Location: Memphis, TN

Rate: Negotiable. Paid Weekly. Apex Systems w2.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from the three Vice Presidents
  • Book travel arrangements and submit expense reports
  • Organizing and scheduling meeting using Outlook
  • Planning and coordinate meetings/events (logistics, food, PPT presentations)
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Order and Maintain office supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant 3-5 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
