Job Summary

Review & summarize contractual documents associated with federal and commercial client agreements.  Contractual documents are typically documents associated with contract award, modification of the contract, invoices issued, and resumes associated with individuals associated with the project. The type of information generally needed to be summarized are terms & conditions, qualifications of individuals, and pricing.

 

Under supervision, perform all steps needed to take new federal contracts and contract modifications from execution to a prepared package for project set up in the accounting system. This includes the review of the agreements, identification of key terms and conditions, and data entry into GOVWIN. Routine tasks are demand driven by needs of stakeholders, primarily the Federal Contract Division, but also numerous other support functions and the client-facing teams. Activities are time-sensitive and require an attention to detail.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

1.

Enters new federal contract and federal contract modification data into the contract database and the workflow management application

2.

Monitors progress / status of multiple individual workflow threads / requests

3.

Presents essential information to account leads and management

4.

Communicates with other support functions as needed

5.

Identifies issues with contracts that may impact set up in the accounting system, makes recommendations for resolution, and participates in resolution under supervision

6.

Review of federal contracts package to ensure that GSA Schedule references and dates are consistent with what was proposed and accurate through award and invoicing.

7.

Review of commercial agreement documents and check for rates and terms and conditions as directed by the team.

 

 

Required Technical Skills

Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel

Knowledge of GOVWIN contract management module, helpful

Ability to learn internal Deloitte systems

Preferred Experience/Education

Working knowledge of Federal contracts

Education & Experience 

Bachelor’s Degree

1 to 3 years of related experience

Possesses strong organizational and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail
