Position: Field Service Technician

Location: Tuscaloosa, AL

Rate: $15/hr. + 43 cents/mile 

Contract: 3-4 month contract to permanent hire

Schedule: Full-time, 9:00am to 6:00pm 

Description:

1. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

2. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.

3. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

4. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.

5. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.

Qualifications: 

1. 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

2. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

3. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and own (dependable) car to travel within -/+ 60 mile radius.

4. Candidate must have a cell phone.
